Shipping Policy
Ruby's only delivers products within the Indian Sub-continent.
Processing Time
Once we receive your subscription, delivery of coffee will start from the next month. You will receive an email before each shipment goes out along with details such as Logistics Provider Information and Tracking Number of your parcel.
You order should be shipped within the first 7 days of the month. If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, you order may be delayed by up to 7 days. We will communicate this delay via email.
Shipping Rates
Rates of all items in our subscription policy are inclusive of shipping.
Duties, Tariffs and Taxes
Ruby's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Ruby's takes extra care in packaging your coffee. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team on connect@rubyscoffee.in to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: House no. 943/a Salgaocar Bungalow, Camotim Vaddo, Candolim, Goa - 403515.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable up to ₹200. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
